Returns process

Trainer Depot accept returns online for a refund or an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order.  This does not include items that were discounted due to faults.

Please make sure that you return goods to us within 14 days from delivery. We suggest that you return your items via registered and insured post, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as quickly as possible and in any case within ten (10) days of receipt of the original order back to us. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

Where you have failed to take good care of the product, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and will return the item to you at your own cost.

We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that indicates it has been worn, washed or altered. please make sure the item is kept in a clean and smoke free environment with all the original respective packaging and tags attached.

To make your return please send an email to customer.service@trainerdepot.co.uk and add return in the subject line, in the body of the email please include:

• Name
• Order number
• Reason for return 
• Exchange required

Once we have received your return we will respond via email to acknowledge this is being processed and your refund will be with you shortly.
