Frequently Asked Questions

Please ensure that you return items to us within 14 days after delivery. We propose that you return your items via registered and insured post, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as swiftly as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us. 

Please note, presently we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to send back your order to us. For clothing, returns must be unwashed and unworn. All returns must be sent back in original packaging, with all labels attached.

All trainers must be returned in their original trainer box and an outer box for protection purposes. Any returns sent back without an outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged.

Please contact our Customer Service team by email/ direct message straight away! 

It might be possible to stop your order. Unfortunately it’s not possible to stop the package if you’ve already received an order confirmation email. 

The package will be automatically sent back to our warehouse if the carrier can’t deliver your order because of a wrong delivery address.

Please send a photo of the fault to our Customer Service team and include your name, address and order number.
